Return &Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is of our ultimate priority. In case you are unsatisfied with the quality of a product due to any damage, please inform us at the time of the delivery when you initially receive your order and we will replace it as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you had received it in.
If you would like a refund due to unsatisfactory quality of a product, we will process a refund through the original mode of payment once we have received the item you would like to refund. For card payments, refunds will take 7 to 14 working days. For cash payments we will do a bank transfer to the account of the customer who placed the order. Transfers will take up to 7 working days.
All refunds must have original proof of purchase.
