Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Pallets UAE, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. If you receive a damaged product or are unsatisfied with its quality, please notify us immediately at the time of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
In the event that you would like a refund due to unsatisfactory quality, we will process the refund through the original mode of payment once we receive the returned item. Refunds may take 7 to 14 working days for card payments to reflect in your account. We will initiate a bank transfer to the customer’s account for cash payments, which may take up to 7 working days.

Cancellation of orders is possible within 2 hours of placing the order on our website. If you need to cancel an existing order, please follow the below instruction.

Step 2: Once logged in, navigate to the “Orders” or “Order History” section. This is typically located in the account menu or dashboard.
Step 3: In the order history, locate the specific order that you wish to cancel. Orders are usually listed with the most recent ones at the top. Click on the order to access its details.
Step 4: Look for an option or button that says “Cancel Order”. Click on it.
Step 5: A confirmation pop-up or page will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. Read any important information or instructions provided. If you still want to proceed with the cancellation, confirm your decision by clicking on the “Confirm Cancellation” button.
After successfully cancelling the order, you should receive a cancellation confirmation message. The order status will be updated accordingly.
