Return &Refund Policy
At Pallets UAE, we priori􀆟ze customer sa􀆟sfac􀆟on above all else. If you receive a damaged product or are unsa􀆟sfied with its quality, please no􀆟fy us immediately at the 􀆟me of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condi􀆟on as when you received it.
In the event that you would like a refund due to unsa􀆟sfactory quality, we will process the refund through the original mode of payment once we receive the returned item. Refunds may take 7 to 14 working days for card payments to reflect in your account. We will ini􀆟ate a bank transfer to the customer’s account for cash payments, which may take up to 7 working days.

Cancella􀆟on of orders is possible within 2 hours of placing the order on our website. If you need to cancel an exis􀆟ng order, please follow the below instruc􀆟on.

Step 5: A confirma􀆟on pop-up or page will appear asking you to confirm the cancella􀆟on. Read any important informa􀆟on or instruc􀆟ons provided. If you s􀆟ll want to proceed with the cancella􀆟on, confirm your decision by clicking on the “Confirm Cancella􀆟on” buton.
A􀅌er successfully cancelling the order, you should receive a cancella􀆟on confirma􀆟on message. The order status will be updated accordingly.
