Return &Refund Policy
At Pallets UAE, we priorize customer sasfacon above all else. If you receive a damaged product or are unsasfied with its quality, please nofy us immediately at the me of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condion as when you received it.
In the event that you would like a refund due to unsasfactory quality, we will process the refund through the original mode of payment once we receive the returned item. Refunds may take 7 to 14 working days for card payments to reflect in your account. We will iniate a bank transfer to the customer’s account for cash payments, which may take up to 7 working days.
Please ensure you have the original proof of purchase for all refund requests.

Cancellaon of orders is possible within 2 hours of placing the order on our website. If you need to cancel an exisng order, please follow the below instrucon.
Order Cancellaon on the website or app.
Step 1: Log in to your customer account using your credenals on our website/app.
Step 2: Once logged in, navigate to the “Orders” or “Order History” secon. This is typically located in the account menu or dashboard.
Step 3: In the order history, locate the specific order that you wish to cancel. Orders are usually listed with the most recent ones at the top. Click on the order to access its details.
Step 4: Look for an opon or button that says “Cancel Order”. Click on it.
Step 5: A confirmaon pop-up or page will appear asking you to confirm the cancellaon. Read any important informaon or instrucons provided. If you sll want to proceed with the cancellaon, confirm your decision by clicking on the “Confirm Cancellaon” buton.
Aer successfully cancelling the order, you should receive a cancellaon confirmaon message. The order status will be updated accordingly.
